How do I send my photo?
You have 2 options to send us your photo:
1. Press the link upload your photo, attach your photo, then on the recipients' address line put our address service@dreamtouch.co.uk. Don't forget to write your e-mail address that we will be able to contact you. Add your comment and the service that you have chosen.
2. Just log into your e-mail account, create or compose a new e-mail addressed to service@dreamtouch.co.uk. Write your NAME and SERVICE that you chose in a subject line. Click the attach button (or paper clip), browse your computer to locate your photos and upload them. Also send us a description of the work required.
I don't know which service is more suitable for me.
Just send us your photo and put in subject line FREE QUOTE. We will alter your photo and send you examples of what can be done. Don't forget that you are NOT paying till you are fully satisfied with the result.
How long does it take to finish the project?
It depends on service and amount of work that needs to be done. General retouches will be ready in 24 hours, Collages, restorations and background removals can take 2-3 days.
What if I'm not satisfied with final image?
Contact us. It could be a misinterpretation of your instructions or some limitation due to quality of the picture you send. We will do everything to make sure that you are happy with the result. You will pay for just one final image.
When do I pay?
You will make payment to ourselves after you have already seen a preview of your altered photo and are fully satisfied with the result.
How do I pay?
After you are satisfied with the work undertaken we will send you an invoice to pay. Once payment is received at our end we will send the finished article to yourself. All Payment options are available including online secure checkout, personal cheque, postal order, bank transfer, etc.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Secure Online Checkout (google checkout), Personal Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer.
