1. You can send us your image/photo using two methods a. upload your photo using this link upload photo
b. email us your photo using your email system. Simply attach the image to the mail and send it to service@dreamtouch.co.uk.
Please forward instructions of the adjustments/ideas/amendment/etc you would require.
2. We provide a quote. Most quotes will be at the bottom end of the price list, however, if your photo requires extensive work the quote can be higher.
3. You agree to the price and we edit your image(s) as per your instructions.4. We send you a small preview of the final photo product to your email address.5. If you are happy, then you order and pay using one of this methods: Secure Online Checkout (google checkout), Personal Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer. If you unhappy with result we will continue to work on your photo till you fully satisfied.
5. We will send you finish product in both printable (high resolution) and web compatible (low resolution) formats. Every order over £20 comes with 1 free 7x5 photo print
Things to remember
We need a high resolution picture to work on. It doesn't need to be a professionally made photo, but the better quality picture you send to us the better result you will get.
Please give us as much information as possible about changes that you require to your photo. Remember we have never seen the photo before or the people on it so please don't refer to them by names.
